Yoga and meditation help to better deal with crises such as the coronavirus pandemic
The concept of yoga is holistic. It teaches that we can't live without others, we cannot live without animals, we cannot live without nature. We are part of nature way more than we pretend to be. Nature is where we came from. -
Returning to nature to restart after the pandemic
We can all strengthen our relationship with nature, even if we live in cities we can find an urban park where we can do physical activity to oxygenate and relax.

New Research To Build Houses Out of 100% Recycled Plastic
Since 1950, more than 9 billion tonnes of plastic have been produced globally, of which only 9% is recycled, while almost a billion people live in slums. A Norwegian start-up's mission is to develop affordable housing from 100% recycled plastic.
Would you live in a recycled plastic home?

Only 9% of the plastic ever produced has been recycled. So what happened to all that plastic you've put in the recycling bin over the years?
It turns out that for decades the recyclability of plastics was grossly oversold by the plastics industry. Unfortunately, just placing your plastic into the recycling bin doesn't mean it will get recycled. The recycling system is complicated and often dictated by market demand. Not all plastic is recyclable. We cannot recycle plastic bags or straws for example.- awareness
