How can we restore the primordial link between environment and people?
Urban development has compromised that primordial link that united the environment and people. How is it possible to restore it?
By a conscious and responsible lifestyle. Every daily gesture directly affects our well-being and our surroundings.

Good news: The ozone hole above the Antarctic closed at the end of December.
The ozone layer, located at an altitude between 10 and 40 kilometers, protects us from the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays from the sun. In 2019, it had been significantly less extensive: the last two seasons of the ozone hole demonstrate its year-to-year variability and improve our understanding of the factors responsible for its formation, extent, and severity.- Antarctic

If you own the seeds you own the food system
If you own the seeds you own the food system. Access to open-pollinated seeds is the cornerstone of food citizenship because it creates non-market access to growing.- agriculture

Global leaders meet virtually at the Climate Ambition Summit
The UN chief said economic recovery packages launched in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic represented an opportunity to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon future — but warned so much more needs to be done to ward off catastrophic consequences. So far, the members of the G20 are spending 50% more in their stimulus and rescue packages on sectors linked to fossil fuel production and consumption, than on low-carbon energy.- agriculture

After the pandemic, only a green and fair recovery can save the planet
A green and fair recovery is able to create over 50 million jobs among the almost one hundred cities of the C40 network and their supply chain. About a third more than those that would be generated simply by maintaining the current polluting infrastructure. With accelerated reconstruction, on the other hand, it could reach 80 million.- awareness
