Working in pajamas damages mental health

The Covid-19 pandemic has encouraged smart working as a preferred mode of work, where possible, to contain infections by limiting the harmful effects on the economy. And many studies have been done to see if this could somehow reduce productivity.

A study by the Medical Research of Sidney, Australia, shows that our mental health can be affected if we work in pajamas. 59% of respondents usually in smart working in pajamas showed signs of psychological imbalance of various kinds against 29% of those who preferred to dress before starting the day of work.

Productivity, however, does not seem to be affected by this habit, although impaired mental health ultimately also damages productivity in the medium to long term. (source: the Medical Journal of Australia)

There are many other studies that show that the mental attitude towards work and study improves greatly when you dress neatly and pleasantly, comfortably and elegantly.
